After a great Michaelmas term in Choral, we’re already looking forward to the New Year and our next exciting project – bringing the high drama and stirring emotion of Verdi’s Requiem to the National Concert Hall.

If you’ve been thinking about joining Choral, now is the time. Have a listen to this great work and you’ll be hooked! Whether you read music or not, we have lots of resources to help you become familiar with the piece and there will be some smaller Saturday rehearsals to get to grips with the tricky bits.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of Gladiator and Scratch Messiah, a small but enthusiastic group from Choral got together under the direction of our Librarian, Ross Cullinane, to record Bach’s In Dulci Jubilo as the Choral entry to RTE Lyric FM’s annual Choirs for Christmas competition.
