Rehearsals for Brahms Requiem at the NCH begin in January. New members welcome!

Choral has exciting plans for early 2017 and we’re on the lookout for new members to join us for our next performance. On 5 April 2017, Choral will be returning to the National Concert Hall to present a performance of Brahms’ dramatic and powerful Ein deutsches Requiem, alongside Boydell’s Under no Circumstances. Choral is proud to return to this intriguing piece by Brian Boydell during the centenery of his birth. Under no Circumstances was written in 1987 for the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the University of Dublin Choral Society. It offers a unique and often light-hearted take on various events from the Society’s history.

Rehearsals will commence in Goldsmith Hall at 7pm on Wednesday 18 January 2017. New members of all voice parts are more than welcome to join the choir on the night. No previous singing experience is necessary. Learning aids will be made available to help you learn your part. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at
